(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
To personalize your activity and event recommendations, we may collect:
Profile details you provide: your name, location/city, household
type, budget preferences, and the interests or focus areas you select.
Activity within the app: searches you run, places you save,
chats with the concierge, and events you browse.
Content you submit: requests and prompts you send to the AI
concierge and image tools.
We do not ask for or store passwords, and we do not collect payment
card information.
How We Use Your Information
To generate personalized activity, event, and venue recommendations.
To operate features such as saved places, reminders, the blog, and the AI concierge.
To understand engagement so we can improve and maintain the Service.
AI Processing
Reveels uses Google's Gemini AI to generate recommendations, responses, and images.
When you use these features, the content of your request (for example, your location
and preferences or a chat message) is sent to Google's AI service to produce a result.
Your use of these features is also subject to
Google's Privacy Policy.
How Your Information Is Stored
Some preferences are stored locally on your device. Profile and engagement data used to
operate the Service are stored on our secured backend. We retain this information for as
long as needed to provide the Service and may delete it upon request.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
With service providers that help us operate the Service (such as our AI and hosting
providers), strictly to perform services for us.
If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and
the Service.
Your Choices
You can update or clear your profile information at any time within the app.
You can permanently delete all of your data at any time from within the app: open My Profile and choose Delete My Data.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion of your data using our Data Deletion Request form. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the
"Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect
means you accept the updated policy.
